Our Story

The centre was originally opened by Sid Stephen in the 70's (Stephen House), becoming a non-profit SNU affiliated body.  Spiritualist's National Union

Sid, Betty Donald, Clark Finlay, Len Lobban and Aileen Davies, to name but a few, have over the years been instrumental in creating, supporting and promoting a successful centre and training facility. 

The modern centre offers a space to enjoy a spiritual practice with like minded individuals, socialise at events, workshops or before and after our morning and evening Sunday Service.

The training of mediums in awareness and psychic development has always been an important part of the service provided at the centre. Students can progress and learn without pressure, our aim is to create a like-minded community with a training programme that allows everyone to travel at their own pace with no pressure.

With our experienced teaching team, we look forward to meeting new and regular attendees  to our classes and workshops.
